Cured with our own secret brine & sugar mix to give a mild tasting and slight sweetness to our ham. It is never wet or salty but is tender and has bags of flavour.

To give this ham a richer more intense flavour, it has been roasted and glazed with the rind on to give it a brown glossy coat.

The ham ready to carve and serve hot or cold.

Available for delivery (orders over £120 come with free postage and packing)

All  these hams come vac packed which will keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
