Cured with our own secret brine & sugar mix to give a mild tasting and slight sweetness to our ham. It is never wet or salty but is tender and has bags of flavour.

The ham ready to carve cold with breadcrumbs or hot with a honey and mustard glaze.

Available for delivery (orders over £120 come with free postage and packing)

All  these hams come vac packed which will keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for up to 2 months. Hams come with a bag of breadcrumbs to dress when opened.
