Here at our premises in the burbs of Bristol the production of these hams is a four generation and over 130 years secret curing method that takes place on the premises behind our retail shop.

All the pork we use is sourced as locally as possible and is always British Farm Assured for the best flavour and animal welfare possible.

2005 saw us win GOLD for our home produced gammon ham at the ‘National Great Taste Awards’. It was a great first time entry and achievement amongst approximately 4,550 entrants.

TWO SILVER AWARDS for Gammon Ham and Roast Gammon and a BRONZE for our Salt Beef at THE TASTE OF THE WEST 2006. We hope to submit more products in the coming years.
